I appeared on the Channel 5 programme "Go Hard or Go Home" training 4 ladies from the Womens Institute to complete a Triathlon in San Francisco. I was also selected to train Faye Tozer, formerly of Steps, for a magazine shoot. A short while later Faye came back to me as a client to get in shape ready for appearing on stage.
When I'm not training clients or teaching classes, you'll find me strength training in the gym, throwing Kettlebells around, or running.
Training one to one ensures that you are working towards your own specific goals, and not following a generic one size fits all approach which you will be given in a gym.
Training one to one allows you to choose your training venue, your time, and effectively have the gym come to you rather than the other way around.
I offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your goals.
Training as a couple, be it with your partner or friend, can be an excellent way of encouraging and motivating each other to succeed, particularly between sessions with me when one person might lose focus with exercise or nutrition.
Training as a couple is great fun and is a great way of lowering the cost of your sessions.
I also offer group sessions for up to 6 people.
Pilates represents a unique approach to exercise which develops body awareness, increases flexibility and range of movement, tones and lengthens muscles, brings your mind and body into alignment and re-energises your body in a way conventional workouts cannot.
It requires no equipment other than the space to move! It is accessible to anyone, young and old.
If you are preparing for your consultation with me, download the client questionnaire to print and complete.
